Trading stocks and other assets carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money in your connected account. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Never deploy automation on funds you need for essential expenses.
When you enable automation, software places orders on your account without a human approving each one. That means:
Axiom's signals and explanations are generated by algorithms and AI models. AI can be confidently wrong: it can misread data, miss context, produce errors, or rate a poor trade highly. Conviction scores and confidence percentages are heuristics, not predictions of profit. Every output is informational only and is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Axiom relies on third-party market and alternative data (prices, filings, options flow, sentiment, prediction markets, macro data). That data may be wrong, stale, delayed, or unavailable. Decisions made on faulty data can produce losses.
Any historical results, backtests, paper-trading results, or example returns do not indicate future performance. Paper trading does not reflect real fills, slippage, fees, or the emotional and liquidity realities of live markets. A strategy that worked before can lose going forward.
Prices can move sharply and without warning due to news, earnings, macro events, low liquidity, gaps, and market structure. Orders may fill at prices materially different from what you expected, and exits may not execute when or where you intend.
Axiom is a software tool operating under your authorization on your own brokerage account. You — not Axiom — make the decision to connect an account, enable automation, choose settings, and accept the risk. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes on your account. If you do not understand a risk described here, do not enable automation, and consider consulting a licensed financial professional.
Axiom makes no guarantee of profit, income, or any specific result, and provides no warranty that the software will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
