Terms of Service

1. What Axiom Is

Axiom is a software tool that screens markets with AI. Axiom suggests trade ideas. No buy order is placed unless you individually approve it. Once you approve a buy, Axiom places it with a protective stop and manages the exit (stop, trailing exit, end-of-day close-out) under the settings you chose. Orders are placed in a brokerage account that you own and authorize. Axiom is not a broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or registered investment adviser, and it does not hold, manage, or have custody of your money or securities.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws and tax obligations applicable to you and to your trading.

3. No Financial Advice

Axiom does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice and is not a fiduciary. All signals, scores, analyses, position explanations, and other outputs are informational and generated algorithmically. They are not personalized recommendations and must not be relied upon as a basis for any investment decision. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any trade. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional.

4. You Authorize and Control All Trading

• You connect your own brokerage account and grant Axiom access to it.
• Every buy order requires your individual approval. The buys you approve, and the exits that protect them, follow the settings you set (risk limits, stops, schedule). You authorize those trades.
• All orders execute inside your own brokerage account. Axiom never takes custody of your funds or positions.
• You can pause trade ideas, change settings, or revoke Axiom's access at any time — from Settings, or at your broker. You are responsible for monitoring your account.
• You are responsible for the permissions attached to the access you grant (for example, live trading versus paper trading).

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

• Paid tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe until canceled.
• Prices and tier contents are described on the pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods and for periods where you did not use the service.
• Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features.

6. Account Connection

• You connect your brokerage account through your broker's own authorization screen, and you can disconnect it at any time from Settings or at your broker.
• A connection lets Axiom read your account and positions and place the buy orders you approve and the exits that protect them. It does not let Axiom move money into or out of your account.
• After you subscribe, some paid features may take up to 24 hours to become fully available. Core features remain available during that time, and the delay is not grounds for a refund.

7. No Guarantee of Performance or Returns

Axiom makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any trading result, profit, income, or return. Markets involve substantial risk of loss. Past or simulated performance does not predict future results. Automated systems can and do lose money. See the Risk Disclosure for details.

8. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that you accept all risk arising from your use of Axiom and from any trading activity on your connected account, including losses caused by market conditions, AI or data errors, software bugs, latency, outages, incorrect or stale data, third-party provider failures (broker, data sources, hosting), or misconfiguration. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes on your account.

9. Third-Party Services

Axiom integrates third-party services (including Alpaca, Anthropic, Stripe, Clerk, Vercel, Supabase, and data providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and Axiom is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, actions, or omissions. Outages or changes by these providers may affect Axiom's functionality.

10. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Axiom for unlawful purposes, market manipulation, or in violation of any exchange or broker rules.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not share your account or resell access without authorization.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Axiom does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals or data will be accurate or timely.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service — even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Axiom in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axiom and its operator from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using Axiom and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3, 7, 8, 11, 12, and 13) will survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Specify your jurisdiction here before launch.) Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
